Acceptance

By downloading or using RankTime, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Use of the app

RankTime is a personal fitness timer for your own use. You agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the app.

Purchases and subscriptions

RankTime offers optional in-app purchases, billed by Apple through your App Store account:

• Pro subscription. An auto-renewable monthly subscription that unlocks Pro features. The price and duration are shown in the app and in the App Store before you buy. Some plans start with a free trial; when the trial ends, the subscription converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• Lifetime unlock. A one-time purchase that unlocks Pro features permanently on your Apple account.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Tips

The app includes an optional tip jar. Tips are voluntary payments to support development. They do not unlock features or services; any supporter badges shown in the app are cosmetic. Tips are consumed at purchase and are not refundable by us, except where Apple or applicable law provides otherwise.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple under App Store terms, not by us. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Health disclaimer

RankTime is a fitness tool, not a medical device. Heart rate, calorie, and rep figures are estimates and may be inaccurate. Consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise program. You use the app and exercise at your own risk.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error free, uninterrupted, or accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including injury, data loss, or device issues.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
