EVERY REP EARNS RANK
RankTime is an iPhone timer for HIIT, high intensity interval training: Tabata, EMOM, and custom intervals, with camera rep counting, heart rate tracking, and a military service record that never resets.

21 RANKS. ONE LADDER.
Every exercise climbs its own ladder modeled on US Army ranks. From Private at rep one to General of the Armies at 150,000 lifetime reps. Reps accumulate forever and never reset.
YOUR SERVICE RECORD
After every workout the app builds an achievement card: your rank, insignia, decorations, and the road to the next promotion. Share it straight from the app.
Command suits you, Second Lieutenant.
DECORATED FOR SHOWING UP
Consistency earns medals. They are cumulative and never reset: take a break, your record stays, pick up where you left off.
ANALYTICS AND PERFORMANCE
Everything you log turns into intel: progress, trends, and marching orders.
HIGHLY DETAILED CHARTS
A workout heatmap for every exercise, daily, weekly, and monthly volume with pace in reps per minute, averages, trend lines, and the exact rep count standing between you and the next rank.
TAILORED TO YOUR RESULTS
Performance tiles compare this week against your averages, and the recommendations read like marching orders: what is on track, what slipped, and exactly how many reps recover the ground.
STATE OF THE ART WIDGETS
Home screen widgets for every size: rank and reps to the next promotion with the estimated day, the workout heatmap, your achievement card with medals, and a full chart widget. The war room, one glance away.
Estimated promotion dates
Per exercise, the app tracks lifetime reps, your recent pace, and projects when the next rank lands: 1LT in about 70 days, BG in about 136. The bar keeps filling; the ladder keeps climbing.
estimated promotion in 4w
Progress video export
Turn your body photos into a progress film where the rank insignia upgrades on the exact photo where you crossed the threshold. Watch yourself get promoted.
Overlays burned into your set
Recordings carry live overlays: timer, next exercise, rep count, and heart rate zone color. Proof of work, rendered on device.
Your data, yours
Workout history, notes, and labels export whenever you want. Everything is stored on device and in your own iCloud, never on our servers.
Every week a completed tour. Carry on, soldier.
QUESTIONS
What is a HIIT timer?
A HIIT timer is an interval timer built for high intensity interval training: short bursts of hard work separated by short rests. RankTime is a HIIT workout timer for iPhone that guides each interval with color, sound, and haptics, so you never have to look at the clock mid set.
What is a Tabata timer?
Tabata is the classic HIIT protocol: 20 seconds of all-out work, 10 seconds of rest, repeated for 8 rounds, 4 minutes total. RankTime ships with Tabata as a preset, and the ring on this page is exactly how the app draws it before you press play.
What does EMOM mean?
EMOM stands for every minute on the minute: you start a fixed set of work at the top of each minute and rest with whatever time is left. In RankTime you can run EMOM by time or give each exercise a rep target and let the app pace the session.
Can I build my own interval workout?
Yes. RankTime is a fully custom interval timer: any number of exercises and rounds, your own work and rest durations, time mode or reps mode, and mixed or continuous exercise order. Save it as a preset and it syncs across your devices through iCloud.
Does the workout timer track heart rate?
Yes. RankTime reads live heart rate from a Polar H10 chest strap, Apple Watch, or any Bluetooth heart rate sensor, shows five color zones during the workout, and saves the samples to Apple Health with your permission.
What makes RankTime different from other interval timers?
Rank. Every rep you complete counts toward a 21-tier military rank ladder per exercise, with medals for consistency and shareable achievement cards. The timer starts the workout; the service record keeps you coming back.
